GO Pantry continues to see a rise in requests for emergency food support. The rise is driven primarily from increased grocery prices and decreased support. GO Pantry now serves 1,200 kids each week, 6 NKY counties, and 80+ schools and will likely distribute close to 2,000 GO Boxes to support our school kids through the two week Christmas break. Now more than ever, the children in our community need our support.

Government assistance programs available during COVID have stopped and SNAP benefits have recently decreased.
Inflation is making food more expensive
Decreasing resources coupled with increasing grocery prices and inflationary pressure have put more families in crisis.
