Like many of you, I have been a resident of Boone County nearly my entire life. Over the years, I have seen Boone County transform into one of the leading economic engines for the Commonwealth. While growth and transformation remain exciting, it isn't without its challenges. I sought election four years ago to make a meaningful difference in Boone County. Creating economic opportunity while protecting what makes Boone County the greatest place to live in the United States.

Lowered Tax Rates

Keeping Boone County Competitive

In 2021, lowered property tax rate resulting in millions of dollars in taxpayer savings. Boone County has one of the most competitive property tax rates in all of the Commonwealth.

Created County Road Infrastructure Fund

Improving our quality of life.

In addition to lowering our property tax rates, I spearheaded the establishment of a Boone County Road Infrastructure Fund. This fund allows Boone County to provide a local match immediately when the Commonwealth of Kentucky allocates infrastructure funds. This allows us to expedite the construction and repair of county and state road infrastructure.

Job Growth

Thousands of high paying jobs created across the county.

Through the continued support of infrastructure improvement, lower tax rates, friendly business regulations, and our high quality of life, Boone County continues to post the strongest job numbers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. With the addition of nationally recognized firms such as Amazon, these new jobs carry much higher, livable wages for thousands of Boone County Residents.

Expanded Broadband Access

Ensuring everyone throughout Boone County has access to high-speed internet.

Led an effort in conjunction with Cincinnati Bell to expand high-speed internet access to more than 40,000 households across Boone County. The County invested more than 13 million dollars to improve this infrastructure and worked with Cincinnati Bell to provide 30 million in investment. Today, nearly all Boone County Residents have access to high-speed internet.

2nd Amendment Sanctuary

Protecting our 2nd Amendment rights.

Passed a resolution in Boone County to protect good, law-abiding citizens' right to keep and bear arms in conjunction with our 2nd amendment. With the passage of this resolution, Boone County is a sanctuary for those that seek the protection of their constitutional rights to bear arms.
