Brewer Foundation for Civic Engagement
The Brewer Foundation for Civic Engagement is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation dedicated to bringing warmth, joy, and smiles to underprivileged youth during the holiday season. Our goal is to ensure that every child experiences the magic of the holidays by providing them with essential winter clothing, such as hats, gloves, and winter coats, along with thoughtful presents for them and their families. No child should have to endure the winter season without the necessary clothing to stay warm or experiencing the joy of receiving gifts during the holidays. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, we make sure many children, regardless of their circumstances, have a truly magical holiday season!
A few years ago, Jesse Brewer wanted to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children. With the help of a few volunteers, he coordinated the first-ever "Holiday Angels" shopping event (originally called Landlord Santa). That first year, they were able to take six kids shopping, creating unforgettable memories and smiles that fueled a passion to do more. With the unwavering support of the community, The Brewer Foundations' efforts have grown exponentially each year and this year, with your donations and support, we were able to help raise over $10,000 for families in need during the Holiday Season!
As we strive to expand our impact, this year we introduced a new fundraising event called the "Holiday Angels Putt for Presents". This event was a fun opportunity for individuals from all walks of life to contribute and participate towards our Holiday gift giving efforts. Community members, families, and local businesses all came together and made this year's holiday shopping trip the most memorable one yet. Our Holiday gift giving would not be possible without the dedication of our incredible volunteers and the generous contributions from members of the community, who believe in the power of collective kindness and giving back. Everyone's commitment to spreading warmth and happiness truly embodies the spirit of the holiday season and your support has been instrumental in making our annual gift giving a heartwarming reality.
