Opinion: Thinking of refinancing… well think again!

There are a lot of homeowners who recently purchased a home in the last couple years that have an interest rate in the 7 – 7.25% range and with the recent news of the Federal Reserve lowering federal funds rate for the first time in 2 years, a lot of them are thinking about refinancing their home. Sounds like a good idea, right? Well maybe, or maybe not, depending on the situation.
